Common areas and a show apartment in an energy-efficient residential building. The facility is equipped with a photovoltaic farm, an electric car charging station, a rainwater retention system, heat pumps, and recuperation. When we were invited to co-create the common spaces and a sample interior design of an apartment, the bar was set high. Potential clients are very conscious individuals with specific views.
The interiors of the show apartment were designed in a modern classic style. A fusion of classic solutions with a modern twist. The common areas have their unique character, which is difficult for us to categorize unequivocally. The highest quality of materials used, an interior for the demanding, harmony, beauty, and class - were the guidelines we followed during the creation process.
