"Apartment with soul" is the perfect description for apartments in tenement buildings, which are currently gaining increasing interest. More and more, they are said to be synonymous with luxury in the real estate market. Such interiors are full of details that make them unique, tell a story, create new contexts, and a unique atmosphere that cannot be replicated in the stark walls of a newly built apartment. The arrangement of a 120-square-meter apartment skillfully combines contemporary design with the history of design. Respect for existing elements, finding beauty in imperfection, ecological awareness in the design process – all this contributed to the creation of a project unique in every detail. The backdrop for the arrangement became an oak parquet, a relic of the past, as well as off-white on the walls. Earth colors such as beiges, grays, and browns were complemented by the color of red wine and bottle green.
